Come in for a 30 minute consultation for weight management with a physician assistant experienced in Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine. This is a comprehensive visit that includes a discussion of your medical history and goals of treatment. We will also discuss nutrition and lifestyle modifications, FDA Approved weight loss medications and their side effects. A physical exam is performed as well as blood work. The first consultation is $120 and subsequent weigh ins/check ins are $85/month. The plan does not include the cost of your medications which varies depending on the product that is recommended and agreed upon. 10% off this service with membership.
