NAD+ Injection is a compounded prescription formulation of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+), a coenzyme found in all living cells and crucial for fundamental biological processes. NAD+ helps drive cellular energy production by shuttling electrons in metabolic pathways like glycolysis and the Krebs cycle, ultimately enabling ATP synthesis for cell function. Injections are typically given 1-3x/week

NAD+ Injection is generally reported to be well-tolerated, with a low incidence of serious adverse effects. Because NAD+ is a molecule naturally present in the body, the administration of pharmaceutical NAD+ tends to produce only mild, transient side effects in most people. Common reactions can include fatigue, nausea, headache, or lightheadedness during or after an injection.

You should no use NAD+ if you are breastfeeding or pregnant, have active cancer, allergic reactions to NAD or niacinamide.
